There are two rates for the hire of the hall facilities based on whether you are a parishioner or a non parishioner. The Lodge Room and Ron White Room have different rates for summer (April to September) and winter (October to March) for parishioners. To be entitled to the parishioners rates your club or association must have an active membership of not less than 50% residing in Galleywood. Subject to the discretion of the Trustees, registered charities will be given parishioners rate.

Notes
- All charges are per hour or part thereof. It is important that you include hiring time to set up prior to your event and then to tidy and clean at the end of your hire.
- Please read the Standard Conditions of Hire – a copy will be given to you.
- Abuse of the Standard Conditions of Hire will result in a surcharge being levied.
- Please do not leave the Hall unattended at ANY time, telephone the Caretaker whose number is displayed on the notice board.
- When hiring the Hall, you as the hirer shall accept full responsibility for good and orderly conduct during the period of hire.
- Office hours 9.00am – 1.00pm weekdays.
- There is a Sunday Surcharge of £25.00.
